I spend most of my days in the high desert 🏜️ of Sedona, Arizona.

I believe that abundance thrives in your ability to remain aligned and authentic, which is a daily practice. I have studied, practiced and taught Yoga, Meditation, Reiki Energy Harmonizing, Energy Medicine Yoga, Breathwork and NLP Hypnotherapy over the last 20 years.
By taking an intuitive approach, I focus on creating a space for clients to anchor their light and embody their true essence through heart-centered, immersive experiences in-person and virtually.
