Cancellation Policy Paid in Full

Guest acknowledges that $555 USD down payment is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations require written notice 46 days prior to retreat arrival date. Down payment can be applied to another retreat in the future or transferred to another guest to be used as their down payment only (46 days prior to retreat arrival required). Transferred down payment can NOT be applied to remaining balance on retreat investment.

Remainder of paid in full retreat investment is fully refundable with written notice received 46 days prior to retreat arrival. Cancellation within 45 days is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest. Consider purchasing travel insurance.
